Before nursing school, I worked at the Grady HIV clinic located in Atlanta on the Emory University Infectious Disease team conducting research on HIV positive and negative women and the virus' impact on their life on various levels- socially, academically, health wise, mental health, etc.

What has been the highlight of nursing school so far?

The highlight of nursing school has been the expansion of my mindset. In a short time in the program, "my scope of life" has broadened drastically. I am excited about the future of nursing and where this career path will lead me!
