My favorite thing to do in Atlanta is...

Try new things! Atlanta is the HUB for excellent food and lots of activities to do. Whether it's trying a new restaurant along the Beltline, or meeting up with friends at the Battery, I'm always satisfied with how much fun I end up having.

I chose Emory because...

Emory holds weight to its name! No matter where you go, you will always meet someone who has heard great things about this institution. While I was applying for this program, I would speak about how I was deciding between Emory and other nursing programs, and every time I would speak with someone they would always tell me to chose Emory. That's when I knew that Emory would take the necessary steps to ensure that I am successful in the nursing field.

What has been the highlight of nursing school so far?

Being able to administer COVID-19 vaccines in the midst of the pandemic. The research has shown how much COVID-19 has made an impact on society, and being able to be a part of the solution to helping people maintain their wellness solidified my passion for helping people achieve optimal health and wellness.
