My favorite thing to do in Atlanta is...

I love to explore different areas of Atlanta and Georgia in general! Within Atlanta there are so many amazing restaurants and coffee shops to try. There are also many options for day trips from Atlanta to lakes, mountains, and more!

What has been the highlight of nursing school so far?

The best part of nursing school has been growing close to my fellow classmates! Everyone is so supportive and it's exciting to be in a place where we have so many similar interests and goals even though we come from diverse backgrounds. I know that our friendships will continue long past graduation.

I chose Emory because...

I chose Emory because, as cheesy as it sounds, when I toured the School of Nursing I felt at home. I spoke with current students and faculty and I could tell that Emory was a place that I would be supported and valued. Emory also has unique opportunities available to students including their collaborations with the Atlanta VA, Clarkston Community Health Center, and the Center for Excellence in Palliative Care.
