What has been the highlight of nursing school so far?

Being able to start making a direct impact on people's lives and being able to break down language barriers by being able to communicate with my patients in Spanish.

I chose Emory because...

I wanted a well-rounded liberal arts education where I could immerse myself in my future profession while also exploring my other educational interests. I also really appreciated the support that First-Gen Low-Income students like myself have with the strong FGLI community on campus. And of course, that we have the No.2 best BSN program in the U.S!

My favorite thing to do in Atlanta is...

Go anywhere green! There are so many beautiful parks and forests to take walks in and enjoy nature.
