It is two fold. Firstly, the connection you make with faculty. Our faculty wants you to succeed and will do anything to help you get where you want to be. Secondly, it is the best friends I have made. We started out as a study group and have become life long friends.
at undergrad at a school in Memphis, TN as a Natural Science Major and then transfer to do one more of undergrad at Emory College of Arts and Sciences, fulfilling my nursing prerequisites. Before all of those things I was at home in Nashville, TN living with my brother and parents.
I knew they could support me academically and financially. I was a transfer to Emory from a small college in Memphis, TN. I left there because I did not feel challenged enough and wanted more from my education. Emory became the perfect place for me to be challenged in class and also thrive in the community and academically.
