Before nursing school, I was a BSN student in Taiwan for two years, spent a semester as an exchange student in Philadelphia, and lived in Virginia for a year completing prereqs. During that time, I also volunteered as a tutor for students from low-income families, which strengthened my passion for helping others and pursuing a career in nursing.

What has been the highlight of nursing school so far?

Forming close friendships that have become a strong support system. These are the people I know will be lifelong friends, helping each other through nursing school and beyond.
