I chose Emory because...

the ENP program offered and the great reputation that Emory has. Also, my uncle had his cancer treatment with Emory, so I grew up knowing about the university.

What is your favorite Emory tradition?

I have not taken class on campus yet, but after researching, I look forward to experiencing Tuesday Farmers Market. During Tuesday Farmers Market, eery Tuesday afternoon, vendors from around Atlanta line Cox Hall Bridge to offer students homemade treats. Some treats include Blue Donkey coffee, homemade kettle corn, homemade tamales, locally-made fresh doughnuts, pulled pork sandwiches, fresh bread, locally-grown organic fruits and vegetables, etc.

What has been your most impactful class?

Pathophysiology because it is the cellular level of "why" everything happens in medicine.

What has been the highlight of nursing school so far?

Procedure lab with Dr. Evans. As well as meeting one of my newest best friend, Kelly.
