I love finding new restaurants to take my family and friends to when they visit! Atlanta is home to a seemingly unlimited number of cute cafes and “hidden-gems” and unearthing them all is super fun. It honestly feels like every time I head into Midtown or Decatur, I find a new favorite place.

With even just my first visit, I could tell that everyone was passionate about their studies. For me, this passion felt almost contagious, and I truly feel that in cases like these, the university must be doing something right to foster an environment encouraging this curiosity and excitement.

A sociology major on the pre-law track! I know, quite the 180. I think the first two yours of college facilitates and encourages such personal discovery and introspection, and with that my heart led me to nursing.

So far, the highlight of my nursing school experience has been growing closer with some of my classmates. Nursing school is, unequivocally, a rollercoaster, but having such supportive connections to lean on during difficult times has made the experience incredible.
