completing my previous undergrad degree! I received my BA in Music with a Concentration in Flute Performance from Berry College in Rome, Georgia.

I chose Emory because...

of the proximity to my family and my husband! My husband is currently in school in Tennessee, so I wanted to be close to him while receiving the best education possible. I also applied to Emory because of the academic prestige. I knew that Emory would not only help me land my first job and prepare me for that position, but also as I apply for future educational opportunities.

My favorite thing to do in Atlanta is...

to walk the Beltline and go to Ponce City Market
