Simulations in the ENLC have been some of my favorite experiences in the program. They've truly bridged the gap between classroom learning and real-world application- they gave me the confidence I needed to begin clinicals. Having a safe, hands-on environment to practice clinical skills and critical thinking under pressure was a major factor in choosing this program.
As an undergraduate at Emory University, I served as President of the Pre-Nursing Club and was actively involved in Kappa Kappa Gamma, Emory Body Positive Alliance, and Emory Dance Company. Additionally, I participated in a faculty-led study abroad program through Emory, where I analyzed sociological differences between U.S. and U.K. healthcare systems with a focus on palliative care.
